   Verglichen mit Peter Gabriel "3" und vor allem dem visionären Album "Peter Gabriel 4" ist "So" ein sehr kommerzielles Album geworden. Dies geschah aber auch aus der Not heraus: P.G. war so gut wie pleite, es drohte der Verlust seines Tonstudios. Er hatte z.B. in Deutschland von dem Album "4" nur LP's verkaufen können/5().
